A persona workbook was developed to assist the Product Owners and Developers in building to the needs of the users of the software. It established a image and voice system to communicate the important aspects of the project.

The optimization of the process for the content development team required mapping every action, then creating an ideal process to replace it.
The application running on the headunits of the companies that we have partnered with are being updated constantly. Putting together all of the content created and organizing it accordingly is a very big task for the teams managing the systems. Constructing a software program that allows for the people on the team to do this do this easier is paramount as the workload continues to grow exponentially.
Being able to also collect data from the vechicles on a continuous bases helps us to address the exact needs that users have regarding their vehicles.
